This was the participant workshop map at the Vision North Texas Southwest Subregional Workshop. The workshop involved allocating legos representing future households and employment to groups of stakeholders who then determined where in their subregion the legos are best fit. Each group also discussed cultural values, open space preservation, and other planning strategies. At the end of the day, each group shared their ideas and results with all participants. There have been two subregional workshops in the southern part of the NCTCOG region and two more are planned for the northern region in 2008.
